These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jlph1 platform, accessible at jlph1.best and any related mobile interfaces. "jlph1", "the Platform", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operating entity behind jlph1.best. "You", "your", and "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses jlph1 in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all products available on jlph1, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino games, baccarat, bingo, PBA betting, VIP Club membership, deposit and withdrawal services, and any promotional offers. Registration Process

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jlph1 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawal requests submitted, and bonus terms accepted — regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions, unless your account was compromised and you reported it to jlph1 immediately.

jlph1 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure

Upon account closure for cause, jlph1 may withhold any bonus funds and may forfeit winnings derived from prohibited activity. Deposits made with legitimate funds will be returned to the originating payment method after any applicable review period.

Account Closure by Player

You may close your jlph1 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any pending withdrawals must be resolved and outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must either be fulfilled or forfeited. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on jlph1 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jlph1 does not apply any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from its end. However, your payment provider — whether GCash, Maya, your bank, or your card issuer — may impose their own fees, which are outside jlph1's control.

Deposits

jlph1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for most methods. All payment accounts used must belong to and be registered under the name of the jlph1 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are real-time; PESONet same-day. Card refunds may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers.

General Bonus Rules

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted when jlph1 issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — due to network issues, browser errors, or other technical problems — are not considered accepted, regardless of whether funds were deducted temporarily from your wallet. If funds are deducted without a valid confirmation, they will be reinstated to your account balance.

Bet Settlement

jlph1 settles bets based on the official result of the relevant sporting event or the physical game outcome in live casino. In the event of result errors, jlph1 reserves the right to re-settle bets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlph1. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on jlph1
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or credentials
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or play games
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or other activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to jlph1
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through jlph1
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward jlph1 staff or other players
• Attempting to access the jlph1 platform through unauthorised means, including VPNs used to circumvent geographic restrictions

jlph1 employs fraud detection systems and actively monitors for prohibited behaviour. We cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies where violations of law are detected.

All content on jlph1.best — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, game interfaces, and user interface design — is the property of jlph1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jlph1 for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jlph1 without our prior written consent.

The jlph1 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of jlph1. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is prohibited.

jlph1's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — for any cause of action — shall not exceed the net deposits you made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlph1 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance periods, technical outages, and third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability. jlph1 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes about their existence, validity, interpretation, or performance — shall first be submitted to jlph1's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlph1's internal process within a reasonable timeframe, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming matters. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394).

jlph1 may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way — jlph1 will give reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the Terms were most recently revised.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and stay informed of any updates. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should stop using jlph1 and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.
